Android 1.0 First Commercial Release



Android 1.0 is the first release for commercial use. It is released in 2008 September 23. Android 1.0 was developed exclusively for HTC Dream G1 (T Mobile G1). The first commercial version was capable of handling 320X480 HVGA sreen. It also include provision for web browser, Google Calender, Google Mail, Google Maps, Google Search, Instant message, SMS, MMS, You-tube, Media Player, Wi-Fi etc.
